1. How to purchase?
BT Company supports email purchase, both for wholesale and retail.
Firstly please visit our website (http://www.brothertrading.com) and pick up the goods you like. Then contact us with mail or MSN, telling your purchase items and information (Please state clearly your name, telephone, detailed address, zip code and purchase items number in your mail). If there is no the exact goods you are looking for, you can also mail us with its statement, such as its pictures or official mode numbers. We will try our best to offer the goods you want.
After quotation is fixed, buyer please pay the money (We only accept pay first). Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship your goods within 24 hours. At the same time we will provide a tracking number to you to trace the shipment status of your goods.
2. What quality are the products?
Our products are AAA+ quality with good price. We have professional QCs who will check every handbag carefully to ensure the SUPER A quality. QCs must check the following items before each handbag leaves factory:

●Color
●Size
●Stitch line
●Attachments (serial number, serial cards, brochures, dust bags, gift bags, etc.)

3. Does each item come with accessories?
Yes. Every handbag is high quality, and it has accessories as the original. There are dust bag, tag, serial number, care booklet and certificate card.
4. What is the minimum order?
BT Company supports wholesale and retail, so we do NOT have minimum order. But you can get discount if the order quantity is larger enough.
5. Does BT Company have any quality promise?
Yes, of course we have quality promise.
If you find the following conditions of our products, please ask for changing or rejection.
●Obvious manufacturing defects
●Wrong color
●Much different from the description on the website
Attention: Customers should ask for changing or rejecting within 2 days after receiving.
With the following condition, we refuse rejection from customers.

6. How long is the transport time?
Transport time depends on where location the buyer is. Usually it would take 3 to 5 working days to get your products after you settle your payment. We will handle everything during transport. Therefore, you needn't worry about any customers' problems.
7. Can you sent before I pay? Who is responsible for the delivery fee?
Sorry, we only accept "payment first and delivery second".
Buyer is responsible for post fees.
